2017 Party_Event Registration form
Our corporate Christmas party program is easy for you to use. We have a coupon system that lets you pay only for the families that attend.
This is how it works. We send you two types of coupons in advance, one tree coupon per family and one entrance coupon for each family member. These coupons will have your company name on them. Our staff collects these coupons at the gate from your employees when they come and at the end of the season we will mail you your invoice. A deposit will be required for companies who have not booked with us in the past.
The entrance fee includes all activities and rides except crafts (cookie decorating, candle making, stamp ornaments).
Party organizers are welcome to bring their own food, and/or families attending your party may bring food or purchase from the food vendor. Campfires are provided for cooking/roasting. Please note, BBQs are not permitted. And our farm is alcohol-free.
Our website has the address, a map for directions and information about our farm and how your guests can prepare for the day.
Pavilions are available for the day on a first come basis. Pavilions with hydro have a rental fee of $75. Pavilions that do not have hydro are $50 for the day. Rented pavilions also come with reserved campfires for your event.
