Our Corporate Christmas party program is easy for you to use.
We have a coupon system that lets you pay only for the families that attend. This is how it works.
We send you two types of coupons in advance, one tree coupon per family (if applicable) and one entrance coupon for each family member. These coupons will have your company name on them. Our staff collects these coupons at the entrance from your employees when they come and an invoice is sent to you for only the number used. Please note, a deposit will be required for companies who have not booked with us in the past.
The entrance fee includes all activities and rides except products/crafts (cookie decorating, candlestick making).
Party and event organizers are welcome to bring their own food, and/or families attending your party may bring food or purchase from the food vendor. Campfires are provided for cooking/roasting. Please note, BBQs are not permitted. Our farm is alcohol-free.
Pavilions are available to rent for the day. A limited number is available so book early! Pavilion rentals must be paid for a minimum of two weeks before your event if you’ve never booked with us before.
Pavilions with multiple hydro hook-ups (max two outlets): $100.
Pavilions with only one hydro hook-up: $75
Pavilion without hydro: $50
Rented pavilions also come with reserved campfires for your event. Management reserves the right to determine the number reserved per booking.
Please note: Extension cords and power bars are not permitted.
