Organizing a Family Christmas party or Birthday Party event at Sloan’s Christmas Village is easy for you and memorable for your guests. They’ll be talking about the amazing time they had for years to come!
Interested in renting a pavilion? We have a few options to choose from:
- Large pavilions with multiple hydro hook-ups (max 2): $100
- Pavilions with only one hydro hook-up: $75
- Pavilion without hydro: $50
Rented pavilions also come with a reserved campfire(s) for your event.**
Please fill in the registration form on the Corporate Party page with all your contact information including the date and the pavilion you wish to rent. An electronic invoice will be sent to you and payment must be received within 48 hours as Pavilions will only be reserved for 48 hours.
Rental fee of the pavilion must be paid a minimum of two days before the event to reserve booking. There are no refunds on pavilion rental fee or any pre-purchased coupons associated with your event. If your event is cancelled, coupons can be used on another date within the same calendar year.

Not wanting to rent a pavilion for the day? Then just come the day of your event, choose your campfire(s) and have a great time. Campfires cannot be reserved so please come early.
Information for Party Planner
Party and event organizers are welcome to bring their own food, and/or families attending your party may bring food or purchase from the food vendor. Campfires are provided for cooking/roasting.
Please note, BBQs are not permitted.
Extension cords and power bars are not permitted.
Our farm is alcohol, smoking and vaping free.
**Management reserves the right to determine how many campfires are reserved based on entrance coupons purchased.
