We accept cash and debit. Some vendors accept only cash.

Only clearly identified service animals are permitted. We have found that multiple family pets do not mix well with all the people, animals and food products in the Village.

We supply saws but you are more than welcome to bring your own saw or reciprocating saw. No electric or gas-powered chainsaws.

Yes, you can bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy around your own campfire. On weekends (and some weekdays in December). Cookie decorating kits and hot/cold drinks are sold in the Gingerbread House.

Photographer-client photo shoots are permitted with permission in advance from the owner. Fees apply.

Trees, crafts, vendors and food items are not included.

We grow the same trees (firs, spruce and pine) on both farms.

Yes. We have a private nursing room located by the front washrooms, equipped with chairs and a change table. Village 1 has an adult change table located in the family washroom.

We have first aid kits in the front pay booths and the Gingerbread House (Village 1). For weekday injuries, staff can provide basic first aid. On weekends, we have on-site additional first aid responders who can be found at the First Aid booth (Village 1) by the train and at the front pay booth (Village 2).

Sorry, Christmas tree fields can only be accessed by walking. We do have tree haulers to help you bring your tree to the front.

Generally, we are unable to offer these services. If there are accessibility concerns, then please talk to a staff member and we will figure something out.

Yes. If you are still on the property, go to the Gingerbread House or front pay booth. If you have already left, call 519.702.4691 or email: sloansvillage@gmail.com and we will let you know if it is turned in. Please note that Sloan’s Village is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

The goats love the oats found in the feeders by their pen for $1 at Village 1 and at the front paybooth in pails for $6
