Companies can rent a pavilion with reserved campfires for a specific day for their company or they can have open ended tickets to be used by a certain date.

Option 1: We mail coupons with company name, date, rented pavilion and item(s) to be paid by company. An invoice is sent the day after the event for coupons used.

Option 2: We mail coupons with company name, closing date and item(s) to be paid by company. An invoice is sent after closing date for coupons used.

Companies can choose to pay for any combination of items for their staff. These items include admission, tree, food vendor and cookie kits.

Please note, a deposit will be required for companies who have not booked with us in the past. In addition, there is a $50 administration fee.
